The Rat Pack is a tribute concert based around the works of Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr and Dean Martin. The act is also supported by the fabulous Vegas Showgirls, as seen in the pictures. The show unfolds very similarly to how it would if the trio were still alive and performing today, performing some of their best known songs, such as "Mr Bojangles,' 'My Way,' and 'New York.'

The Rat Pack Vegas Spectacular is an on going tour that has been running for 13 years. I joined the show as their resident lighting designer in the summer of 2015. In the time since then I have toured to nearly every corner of the UK with the show in venues of all sizes such as Manchester Opera House, Blackpool Opera House and Wimbledon New Theatre Royal, to name a few. As a result of working in such a high number of venues, I have learnt tricks from many of the venue staff. This interaction with many different crews has given me an insight into how other people work, and how to work alongside them.

Usually for the Rat Pack we have a limited set up time, on average arriving at the venue for 13:00 before a 19:30 curtain up. This leaves us with around 6 hours of set up time to ensure a perfect show unfolds.
